Avec près  d '1 200 000 livrens vendus Patterson, l'un des rois du polar, "cartonne". 

Il aime bien : "Things have really changed in the digital space. And if e-books get people who might otherwise not be reading to pick up a book, then that makes me happy."

"Cartonne" c'est relatif, un million sur 205 000 000, c'est pas lourd pour lui, pluôt symbolique.

Le chiffre mériterait d'être analyser plus finement. On aimerait connaître le poids du dernier roman, le poids des "plus dispo" etc. C'est Hachette qui sait et ils ne vont pas nous le dire.
